Cooking: It’s a Party!

Lexa Walsh will offer an intensive in cooking family-friendly meals that your campers can reproduce at home with little assistance or supervision. We’ll cover salads, soups, starters, mains, sides, special sauces, pickles, beverages, and desserts. Starting with the basics of tasting, care in knife skills, and the importance of clean up, the week will encourage campers in the art of improvisation to bring home, along with their tool kit of skills and recipes.
