Week 7 XP Camp A - Cooking

This XP cooking camp, taught by Kim Upstill, will focus on the book "An Everlasting Meal" by Tamar Adler. With this book, which “reads less like a cookbook than like a recipe for a delicious life” (New York magazine), we will explore what it means to cook fully with our produce. Thinking about reusing what at first appears to be waste and taking care with how and what we're making, we will learn to cook not only for one meal but to feed ourselves well throughout our lives! The class will include knife skills, adventures in seasoning, the logic behind basic recipes while learning the building blocks of how to create our own! Artist: Kim Upstill
