The Art of Science & Cooking - Cooking is transformation. By using ancient technologies like heat, fermentation, and dehydration we can turn dry flour into spongy bread, liquid milk into thick yogurt, and juicy fruit into chewy treats. In this cooking camp we will play with our food and see how science plays a role in transforming raw ingredients into delightful treats.
