What Parents are Saying

Son absolutely loved the Stop Motion XP camp. The teacher running it was great and there was a good mix of collaborative and solo work.

My kid really liked how this was a mix of art and physical activity. Many camps are too much of one or the other but this one had a good balance. They loved learning the circus skills the most.

My daughter absolutely loved Camp 510. She was excited to go everyday and came home showing us all the new things she made each day. What stood out to me was the high quailty of the activities. The sessions are led by real artists, working artists that are sharing an artistic practice with these kids. They have a wealth of knowledge to draw from to make complex and enriching projects with kids that teach fundamental concepts in the different mediums (ceramics, origami, etc). The staff really engage with the kids and make the camp a welcoming community. This camp is a real gem and I’m so thrilled we found it.

Our incoming 1st grader attended Week 5 of Camp 510’s STart camp, and he loved it! He said it was his favorite camp of the entire summer (slightly edging out Piedmont Rec’s Reading Rainbows, Bushrod Town Camp & Swim, and even the Aurora Explorer camp 😅)! This was our first summer where we had to navigate various camps and I am so glad I discovered Camp 510. Our son loved the dedicated art and creative time, as well as all of the magic tricks that he practiced on us as soon as we got home.Overall, the environment and project / class rotation structure allowed our son to feel safe, comfortable, and confident — as he would say, “time flew.” The camp counselors were also great with the kids. Lots of fun card games and activities during aftercare, so much so that he asked to be picked up later so he could play more.Thank you again Edward and team for a wonderful last week of summer, and we look forward to being back in the future!
